Norm MacDonald’s new show

Norm MacDonald was born on October 17, 1963, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. He began his career in stand-up comedy. MacDonald's first job was writing for The Dennis Miller Show
The comedian  will be appearing on Comedy Central, the network says. MacDonald, who was on “Saturday Night Live” , will also have a standup comedy hour.

Jon Stewart joins 9/11 Memorial board

Comedian Jon Stewart is joining the board of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.  The Comedy Central tv host is set to be voted in as a full member at the next board meeting. Jon Stewart is on the board of the foundation building the Sept. 11 memorial in New York.
The comedian-activist was appointed to the National September 11 Memorial & Museum board of directors Thursday afternoon. Stewart thanked the board and its chairman, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and said he would do what's needed to help.
