EPA limiting rocket fuel chemical in tap water

The Environmental Protection Agency announced the first federal drinking water standard for a toxic rocket fuel ingredient. The chemical is linked to thyroid problems in certain people. The EPA says it could take up to two years for the new standard to develop.
