The man who helped bring Superman to big screen has been found after he was reported missing in Mexico, friends and family told NBC Los Angeles.
Ilya Salkind, who produced the 1978 film "Superman" with his father and spearheaded two sequels, was last heard from on Jan. 30. The 63-year-old was found sedated in a hospital in the country, the gossip site TMZ.com reported late Thursday.
There were no additional details immediately available about the incident.
The 63-year-old was staying at his family's home in Tepozlan, just south of Mexico City.
