CNN journalists and cameramen were attacked in today's Cairo Tahrir Square riots. Wednesday, February 2, 2011 was a bloody day for pro-Mubarak supporters and anti-Mubarak government protesters alike. News journalists from BBC, ABC News, and CNN were caught in the crossfire, and were hit with sticks, rocks thrown at their heads, and repeatedly punched in the face and kicked by the angry mob.
